CeraVe - Assistant Vice President, Global Digital Marketing

Seeking a self-starting, strategic thinker to join the CeraVe Global team, leading our Digital and Social Platforms. Candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the brand digital strategy including consumer website optimizations, launching new functionality, digital marketing animations, SEO, mobile marketing, and content development. Candidate will be responsible for translating brand strategies and objectives into actionable plans that increase brand awareness and access. Must have strong communication skills to effectively work cross-functional teams to drive alignment of marketing goals and achieve functional and company objectives. Candidate will be responsible for the development and management of multiple agency relationships, and full management of the annual budgets.
Responsibilities include
• Develop and manage all communication initiatives for CeraVe digital
Ecommerce strategy, development, and deployment
Website user experience and content creation
Traffic driving initiatives: SEO/SEM, paid media, CRM
Social media strategies focused on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Content creation with guidelines for social media platforms
Paid media strategies and content specifically for social platforms
Background and qualifications:
• At least 8 years experience in digital marketing focused on websites, mobile marketing and content development. At least 2 years of digital strategy experience.
Basic technical knowledge
Must have a foundational expertise of e-commerce
Strong aesthetic sense and good grasp of website functionalities
Strong understanding of social media strategies and platforms
Copy writing and content development skills
Working knowledge of industry technology and emerging trends in digital
Exceptional presentation, written, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage agencies and deliver within tight timelines
Good sense of initiative and strong in follow-up skills
Excellent project and time management skills; ability to effectively multi-task
Must be willing to travel on an as needed basis
