Overview
Reporting to the Director of Creative Production, the Senior Producer is responsible for planning and execution of creative fashion shoots across all mediums (catalog, web editorial, ecommerce and social), ensuring cost effective, creative, and timely productions to support departmental and company goals.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and produce all Anthropologie creative video content
• Research, negotiate and book talent
• Source and manage location and scout resources
• Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements for all crew-members
• Supervise and manage on-site freelance crew
• Research and present appropriate locations and talent based on creative concepts
• Liaise closely with the creative team (both in-house and freelance) throughout the pre-production and photo shoot process to ensure creative vision is executed.
• Source and negotiate rates and time for all talent including photographers, models, stylists, location agencies & scouts, production, etc.
• Consistent communication throughout the process with all freelance crew in pre-production process on all relevant concept direction/materials
• Build and maintain key relationships with agency vendors to consistently push quality of talent while maintaining budgetary goals
• Help Director of Creative Production manage and maintain monthly production schedules; monitor the process and adjust schedules as needed
• Effectively resolve conflicts between schedule, resources and creative needs
• Plan, manage & communicate all shoot logistics
• Develop estimates based on creative concepts
• Review and approve invoices
• Monthly touch base with accounting to reconcile budgets
• Follow-up on outstanding invoices with vendors at job closing
• Supervise advance invoicing and final billing for closed jobs
• Attend domestic and international photo shoots
Job Skills
• Solid experience in fashion production (print, film and motion preferred)
• A calm, strong, intelligent, intuitive personality.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude, respond efficiently to requests, and communicate with people politely and effectively at all different levels.
• Collaborate with team on a regular basis to ensure consistency in production practices and processes.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Must be able to multi-task and oversee numerous coinciding projects
• Excellent planning and organization skills; Attention to detail
• Adaptive to change and tight deadlines
• Enthusiastic team player
• Proven experience managing teams and personnel
• Specialized knowledge of the fashion and advertising market
• Interest in contemporary photography, video, fashion, pop culture and publishing
• Influencer and talent partnership experience a plus
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of shoot production experience within Fashion Industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
