Responsibilities
• Maintain regular communication with Mall Marketing teams to ensure Vince’s monthly and promotional messaging is being communicated on their channels
• Request/traffic mall marketing creative on monthly cadence so that individual centers are supporting and mirroring Vince’s marketing efforts (season launches, new deliveries, promotions, sale)
• Recap mall marketing digital/social support on monthly cadence + distro to District Managers
• Traffic brand materials to relevant internal and external partners globally
• Review Wholesale (domestic and international) account websites on seasonal cadence + ensure sites are updated to reflect the current season
• Help maintain budget for Marketing sample pulls (i.e. IMJ/donations/warehouse orders)
• Conduct Events-Related Research to support retail channel- i.e. potential partnerships, catering needs, etc.
• Support wholesale (domestic and international) event efforts (Nordstrom Live, Mitchells etc.)
• Help manage 2018 Promotions Tracker – Full Price and Outlet
• Keep document current with promotional tools / activities
• Aid in client capture results / success / recaps
• Campaign, Market, and Ecommerce shoot preparation
• Support digital brand marketing efforts – send images and sampled to media partners
• Assist with organizational needs within the marketing department
• Manage sample trafficking for international and domestic requests – celebrity and editorial – utilizing sample management program FashionGPS
• Work directly with PR Coordinator & Manager to create relevant pitches and press collateral pertaining to seasonal trends, store openings and VIP dressing
• Create and maintain media lists for all international and domestic markets
• Search and scan press clippings (print + online) for all international and domestic publications
• Search and clip all VIP dressing coverage (including celebrity, influencer, etc.)
• Assist in preparation of weekly press recaps
• Support with planning and preparation for press previews and brand events
• Maintain highly organized closets, including multiple seasons of men’s + women’s ready-to-wear and footwear
• Assist with collection management, including inventorying, archiving and packing
Qualifications
• Marketing, Communications, PR or a related major preferred
• Must have one to two (1-2) years of Intern experience in Marketing or Public Relations
• Must be very organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to adhere to tight deadlines
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills, and the ability to take initiative
