Description
Supports the tactical execution of Organization Design and Change Management programs within the brands, regions, and functions.
• Supports OD/OCM Leadership with the consistent execution of Organization Design and Organizational Change Management (OCM) programs for projects within Brands, Regions, and Functions
• Support will include the development and execution of od and change activities including training, workshops, stakeholder analyses, communications plans, change impact assessments, change readiness surveys, job descriptions, and adoption and sustainability activities focused on mindsets and behaviors.
• Support the ongoing development of OD / OCM Strategy Materials, Playbooks, Tools, Templates
• Escalates Project/Initiative Change and OD Risk and Issues (as well as proposed mitigations)
• Leverages Estee Lauder Companies (ELC) OD/OCM Methodology and tools/templates, in execution of all OD/OCM initiatives
• Coordinates and as needed, facilitates ELC OD and Change Capability building training and follows up regularly with teams that are undergoing “every day change”
• Ongoing development, support, and content curation of the of the OD and Change Management Community of Practice Website and digital technologies
• Active participation, ownership, and contribution of content and dialogue to the global OD/OCM Community of Practice,
