Coordinator, International, Bobbi Brown
PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE:
Work on key projects that support the Bobbi Brown International team in New York and the Regional and Affiliate teams based in the field. Act as point of contact for other New York departments on International Topics and provide excellent customer service to the markets. Build collaborative relationships with internal and external teams to ensure smooth exchange of information. Manage various International events that will enhance brand equity and support international markets.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ownership of International Meetings / Conferences / Events (20% of time)
•Develop vision and plan logistics for 4-6 key International meetings per year, including Regional Pre-Roundtable Meetings and New Hire Orientation. Ensure that key meeting objectives and goals are met; facilitate smooth execution. Act as the point person for International with NY departments to ensure cross-functional and cross-regional alignment.
•Coordinate International Retailer meetings and other ad hoc internal and external meetings. Seek cross-functional support as needed
International Marketing Support (35% of time)
•Work with Executive Director and Assistant Manager to update business and financial content for key presentations (both internal and external). Develop new materials as needed
•Support International team in managing requests from Regional teams, including gifts, one-off offerings, and other requests
•Collaborate with ED/Assistant Manager on cross-regional sales projects as they arise including enhancing existing regional processes and best practice sharing
•Maintain department’s International Sales Binder; continually update with latest reports
Customer Service (25% of time)
•Provide excellent customer service to Regional and Affiliate teams. React quickly to all requests and ensure Regional teams have the tools they need on a day-to-day basis
•Interact with cross-functional teams and assist the SVP in representing the interests and needs of International Markets
•Disseminate pertinent information to Regions, Affiliates, and other NY departments
Administrative Support (20% of time)
•Manage the department’s budget; identify and elevate strategic changes to SVP/ED as needed.
•Provide ED limited administrative support: travel arrangements, calendar and expense reports
•Manage international roster and meetings calendar
•Provide general team support: department supplies maintenance, file/document management, and other productivity initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
•0-2 years experience
•Undergraduate degree
•Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
•Ability to work well under pressure, effectively manage time, prioritize and multi-task
•Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (both written and verbal)
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; must be comfortable in acquiring new computer skills and upgrading knowledge
