Fit Step Pro Brand Manager
General Summary: Proposes, implements, and monitors FitStep business plans to achieve sales and profit objectives.
Reports to: Sr. Director, Innovation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Full P&L and marketing accountability.
• Manage the overall organization including hiring, training, and supervising team members within the business.
• Ensure effective business operations by serving as the expert through regular store vists and effective proactive communication.
• Serve as the liason between internal departments and store locations to ensure business success.
• Support business expansion by supervising the buildout and managing to an opening timeline.
• Drive day to day business success by being knowledgeable in trends, pricing, customer preferences, competition, and appropriate promotional activities.
• Serve as the sales expert for the full product line and sales behaviors.
• Develop a product knowledge and training module that results in a driven and activated selling organization.

Qualifications
Experience:
3-5 years of related experience managing a brand.
Experience delegating and holding direct and indirect reports accountable for sales goals.
Education: Bachelors preferred.
