Director, Change Management, OneSource
Description
• Accountable for the consistent execution of the enterprise wide Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategy within OneSource
• In full partnership with the HR Business partner, executes OCM activities for all initiatives/projects that originate within a OneSource (e.g new areas of OneSource scope, continuous improvement, business outreach and engagement)
• Leads and drives business accountability for change adoption and activation of OneSource business processes
• Liaise and collaborates with Brand, Region and Function Change leads and teams on the deployment and execution of OneSource activities
• Liaise with OneSource Communications lead as needed (E.g. as it related to stakeholder engagement vehicles, key messaging)
• Partners with Business as necessary leadership to have rolling understanding of all Change activity taking place within OneSource, in particular where it may influence sequencing and risk of initiative timing
• Partners with Business leadership to assess and propose Business OCM resourcing scope requirements as part of the partnership
• Works with preferred 3rd party vendors aligned with CoE on contracting and scoping for external OCM services
• Works with Business leadership to assess and align on OCM risk based on existing initiatives and current OCM support levels
• Leverages Estee Lauder Companies (ELC) OCM Methodology and tools/templates, in execution of all OneSource led OCM initiatives
• Develops and maintains a rolling Business stakeholder analysis of internal and external stakeholders, including historical context of change, biases, OCM barriers, lessons learned, and pathways to success
• Leverages ELC OCM scoping diagnostic and as necessary works with enterprise-wide OCM CoE Leads to validate
• Partners with Talent and L&D to build OneSource OCM capability as defined, including development and execution of OCM “Training” Sessions
• Facilitates CM Workshops and Training sessions as necessary to develop onesource capability in OCM
• Maintains rolling dashboard and list of OneSource OCM projects which serves as an input to the Enterprise-wide CoE change dashboard.
• Escalates Onesource Risks and issues to Enterprise OCM CoE as needed
• Conducts Quality Assurance reviews of OCM initiatives taking place within the onesource
• Align with Brand HRBPs to ensure alignment and role in OCM as well as touch points with OD work
• Active participation, ownership, and contribution of content and dialogue to the global OCM team
Qualifications
Accountable for the overall strategy and execution of Change Management activity for OneSource. This includes the ongoing evolution and continuous improvement of existing OneSource service areas as well as proactive engagement and adoption of the business in existing services. This also includes ownership of all activity related to bringing on new areas of the business/scope onto OneSource as well as the ongoing innovation on how we drive adoption and engagement of between the Business and OneSource.
