About the Team
The Product Photography + Styling team is committed to creating and delivering high quality product photography for the best client experience. We collaborate internally with our Merchandising, Design, Marketing and Creative teams in order to successfully deliver beautifully styled on-figure, video, wall pin-up and lay down imagery and Style Card assets. We pride ourselves on creating a fun and collaborative environment where we solve problems together. We are looking for bright, kind and goal oriented leaders to join our team.
About the Role
This is a freelance role, we hire on an as-needed basis. Work is done in our San Francisco studio during office hours -- remote work is not possible at this time.
As the Freelance Product Styling Coordinator, you will enter into a partnership with the Product Photography + Styling team in our company’s vibrant photo studio. You will be responsible for creating 60-120 inspiring & on-trend men’s and women’s style cards each day using Adobe Photoshop. You are creatively driven with a critical eye for style and have a graphic design background. You are highly detail oriented, organized and have a keen sense of fashion and trends. You are able to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously, and flex to the ever-changing environment of a fast-growing company. Candidates with experience in retail and/or high volume photographic production preferred.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
• Create inspiring and on-trend outfits for Style Cards using Adobe Photoshop
• Utilize and update a robust digital asset library of product (via Adobe Bridge) to create seasonally relevant and specific Style Cards
• Organize and upload all Style Cards to an internally utilized media web page
• Partner with full-time Product Styling Coordinators on aesthetic, brand look and feel, workflow and file management within our internal systems
• Be responsible for effectively communicating with cross-functional partners when problem solving

• You have professional working experience with Adobe Photoshop
• You are flexible with your schedule and can work on an as-needed basis
• You are able to work in our downtown San Francisco studio during office hours
• You have a degree in graphic design, fashion, styling or related field (Bachelor’s Degree minimally required)
• You have 1+ year of Adobe Photoshop experience
• You have a keen sense of style, attention to detail and are an expert of current fashion trends in the industry
• You have knowledge of the Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs and Drive)
• Open and receptive to feedback, and effectively communicate/support workflow with other Product Styling Coordinators
• You are highly self-motivated, enjoy working independently with a structured cadence of daily deliverables, and have a stellar work ethic
• You are exceptionally organized with the proven ability to multi-task competing projects against aggressive deadlines
• You gracefully handle last minute changes and take direction easily
