About Your Team:
The E-Commerce Product Information Assistant is a crucial team member that works to acquire information assets, data and images to coordinate the product setup process. This person will help with contacting internal and external partners to strategically organize product assets on incoming orders. As the Product Information Assistant, you’re also closely tied with products whose information does not match the in stock units. You’ll work with management to achieve resolutions for products that cannot go on the site due to inaccuracies.
Your responsibilities include:
Organizing purchase order reporting to support in strategizing work flow.
Working with vendors and buyers to collect product information, including key attributes and other content characteristics that meet web-ready standards.
Partnering with the image creation team and content teams to finalize product setups for web.
Maintaining all imaging and content standards by filtering external assets that are not site-ready.
Performing cross-functional resolution for image, content and data errors.
Assisting in creating reports to management on productivity and progress, communicating direction effectively.

We’re excited about you because you have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
Previous experience using Product Information Management systems and analytical data servers.
Superior time management skills and completion of duties with hard deadlines.
Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Word and Outlook.
A familiarity with warehouse management systems (a plus).
The ability to lift and carry 25+ lbs.
