Title:Associate Digital Marketing Manager: Personalization
Overview:
The Assoc. Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic roadmap for website personalization at Anthropologie. This position will manage the prioritization, targeting, content strategy and goals for every campaign. Monitoring and reporting on performance will also be a large part of this role. This Assoc. Manager will lead a cross functional taskforce with participation from creative, copy, merchandising, user experience, production, and customer analytics to execute campaigns strategically and efficiently. A background in customer insights and analysis are crucial for success in this position. An ability to craft a long-term roadmap and motivate teams cross functionally to deliver is imperative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create a roadmap that focuses on who to personalize the website for and how to personalize it.
• Concept personalization tactics that support the overarching strategy of the program.
• Be an expert in the personalization vendor tool to ensure accurate plans are concepted and executed
• Work with Shared Service and vendor to ensure concept & prioritize the enhancement roadmap
• Manage audience segmentation through a partnership with the customer insights team. Own the set up of affinity targeting in personalization tool.
• Drive cross functional team to execute personalization campaigns.
• Report and analyze on the performance of personalization campaigns.
• Present to senior leadership on the roadmap, progress and results.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent
• 2-3 years of direct marketing/ecommerce experience required
• 2+ years of analytics or CRM experience
• Effective time-management and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives
JOB SKILLS
• Prior experience working in tools such as Dynamic Yield, Monetate, Optimizely
• SQL and/or development experience
• Experience with Coremetrics, Omniture, or Google Analytics
