Position Description - Social Compliance Reporting Coordinator
Responsible for tracking and managing global factory data to ensure accurate and timely disclosure to stakeholders, and analyzing social compliance audit data to identify trends that drive programmatic strategy. Support management by compiling social compliance data reports, tracking licensor disclosure requirements, and supplier remediation deliverable deadlines. Seek to create and enhance supplier value through working with suppliers and factories to achieve increased compliance and better performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Global Tools Senior Specialist (50%) for USA/Canada contract facilities
• Assist pre-sourcing evaluations and onboarding process
• Schedule regional audits (pre-sourcing, annual, verification)
• Support findings review, RCA/Sustainable Remediation training
• Track remediation process, collect evidence for Sr. Specialists' review
• Capture factory-level KPIs
• Conduct global compliance data analysis/trend tracking
• Manage Hot Market factory list, manage onboarding documentation, deploy self-assessments
Skills and Qualifications
• 2-3 years’ experience managing and tracking data, as well as multiple deliverables with competing deadlines
• 1-2 years’ experience in social compliance, either through auditing, program coordination, or human resources/EHS in a manufacturing setting
• Exposure to international labor standards and/or industry-recognized codes of conduct
• A strong passion for social compliance
• Organized, detail and deadline oriented
• Strong Excel skills
• Bachelor’s Degree a must
• Exposure to sports licensing a plus
