SUMMARY
This role manages the company’s brand image in the retail environment . It will create and execute Marketing strategies to drive incremental traffic and generate revenue for the Retail stores.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with Global Brand Marketing to deliver a compelling brand story to the consumers in Full Price & Outlet.
• Create programs that acquire new customers, build customer loyalty and generate long-term growth through traditional, tourist, and loyalty programs.
• Contribute to store profitability and increase store traffic by developing and executing retail marketing plans and key marketing events at the store level.
• Partner with VM to ensure flawless and timely execution of new products, services and offers in all retail channels.
• Partner with Merchandising to convey promotional merchandising through messaging and creative development of materials segmented by channel.
• Work closely with the Buying, Store Operations, and Merchandise Planning teams to develop and evolve store layouts and use of space to maximize sales.
• Manage the department budget and analyze investments to ensure positive ROI.
• Build and manage relationships with outside vendors and agencies.

• Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably a concentration in Marketing.
• 5 years of Retail Marketing experience. Experience in Visual Merchandising is preferred.
• Proven success multi-tasking in a fast paced environment under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Sound analytic skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent leadership interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization.
• Ability to persuade, influence and build consensus among key stakeholders.
• Ability to work closely with functional and cross-functional team members and strive toward a unified vision.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time.
