The Email and Content Marketing Associate has primary responsibility for helping create, develop and manage content for Lilly Pulitzer®. This includes direct marketing communications, specifically email marketing, product information, and general copywriting optimized to engage consumers and drive sales. Understanding the consumer, the Lilly Pulitzer® voice and analysis of “what works” is fundamental to appropriately producing and deploying content. This role is both creative and analytical in nature, and both roles should be tied to consumer engagement that results in sales. Email and Content Marketing Associate has four primary goals:
• Develop and execute a one-brand direct to consumer email marketing strategy, working closely with the Customer Journey and Content Marketing Manager.
• Create one-brand content to be used across platforms for marketing and brand initatives such as events, promotions, product launches, etc.
• Create personalized communications to increase engagement, traffic, conversion rate and sales through email campaigns.
• Analyze data to help improve the consumer engagement. Development communication segments from the consumer list and test communications approaches.
The above will be accomplished by establishing a strategic plan, a calendar of initiatives and applying innovative tactics and creative thinking that promotes brand awareness and engagement, measuring results and building on successes. This position requires that all elements of the strategy meet our objectives on time and within budget.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Generally, 1+ years in a marketing or communications role, retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Basic knowledge is required in HTML.
• Ability to coordinate and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Email Service providers preferred
MISCELLANEOUS:
• This position is classified as full-time salaried. This position is exempt and not eligible for overtime. This position is eligible for standard company fringe benefits.
• The position requires some limited domestic travel. Travel may be required to participate in industry conferences, to visit operational sites, and to visit Lilly Pulitzer® points of distribution.
• Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods.
• This position is based in King of Prussia, PA.
• This position is reviewed annually.
