Kiehl’s Global Education & Customer Experience team is seeking a full-time intern to join our team and contribute to both the strategic evolution and the flawless execution of our programs and materials.
To be eligible, you must have graduated with your bachelor’s degree within the past 12 months.
Here’s an idea of what you’ll be doing:
Ours is a collaborative team that supports the global distribution of Kiehl’s-brand products and materials through cross-functional partnerships. In your work, you will be focusing on the start-to-finish execution of all aspects of our Global Education programs, including:
• Establishing and managing project timeline and delivery
Developing and delivering content for (and monitoring) the Kiehl’s Customer Representative (KCR) global online learning systems and social-engagement platforms
Creating and managing copywriting projects in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and online learning management systems
Overseeing the production of learning materials, including web and video
Communicating progress updates to VP of Global Education
Compiling feedback from global partners
Proactively engaging in cross-functional team meetings
Analyzing results of programs/materials to recommend areas of optimization/improvement
Additional expectations of your work will include:
• Assisting with the planning and execution of Global Education seminars
Cultivating and maintaining productive relationships with cross-functional partners and global team members
Participating in meetings, seminars and conferences
Visiting and engaging with in-store teams regularly
