Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a Sr. Manager, LSA Marketing Planning & Ops to lead the planning and operational initiatives for LSA Marketing during GTM and SBP/AFP process, as well as in season deliverables including briefs, plans, reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Lead creation of Regional Mktg GTM calendar in collaboration with Global Ops
• Lead and facilitate cross functional discussions to align on process, timing and ways of working for LSA Marketing during GTM and SBP/AFP planning
• Lead LSA cross functional Marketing team on the seasonal input brief process; collect all input and package for delivery to Global
• Assist Regional lead and cross functional Marketing team on SBP and AFP planning process, including: investment guidelines; planning templates; collection of information; and packaging of final LSA Marketing plans
• Lead execution of of quarterly Marketing update, and draft weekly updates to leadership during key campaign activity
• Lead cross functional Marketing Effectiveness Tracker – communicating timelines, evaluating and recommending improvements to the tool, partnering w/ cross functional partners on the collection of data, and faciltating the hindsight discussion amongst cross function mktg team
• Oversee LSA Region annual A&P budget in collab with the budget owners w/in LSA Marketing
• Lead the development of standardized tools that enable the Regional Marketing team to execute with clarity and consistency including streamlined presentation templates
• Project manage a variety of special projects seasonally
Key Relationships:
This role requires a high degree of cross functional interaction with Regional Marketing team (US, Canada, Latin America Region), Global Marketing, Global Marketing Operations, and Merchandising.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree required, masters a plus
• Proven working knowledge of project management and planning – within apparel industry a plus
• 7 years relevant job experience
• Exceptional level of collaboration, organization, time management, problem solving and communication skills required
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective business processes and managing cross functional projects – ideally within Marketing function
• Ability to effectively interact with Sr. level roles – VP/Director
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective meeting facilitation skills
• Proficient with software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
