Responsibilities:
• Provide general business support to our VP Stores Outlet and VP Stores Lifestyle
• Heavy calendar management
• Screen phone calls
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Administer expense reports and process departmental invoices
• Order supplies
• Anticipate needs of field team
• Prepare documents for meetings
• Update and create reports under direction of supervisors
• Plan events
Characteristics:

• Flexibility to manage ever-changing schedules.
• Interpersonal skills- the individual maintains confidentiality
• Able to listen to direction but also be proactive and able to anticipate
• Have an extreme sense of urgency and willingness to ask for more.

• Able to provide quick solutions and apply problem solving skills in fast-paced environment.
• Exercise independent judgment and initiative in prioritizing, scheduling, and organizing meetings.
Education and Experience:
• BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform essential functions of the job.
• 3-4 years' administrative experience a plus
• Retail/Fashion experience a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
