Production Manager - Apparel

A Day in the Life
The Production Manager will manage the costing and critical path process to assure all
quality, delivery and IMU targets are met for Apparel, Footwear, Kids and Accessories and direct
all phases of the production process from vendor management and costing and ensure all guidelines
are adhered to.
• Manage the Integrated Calendar and assure all milestone events are executed in a timely manner
• Manage Key Production Programs ie: Production Planning and Downtime Production initiatives
• Maintain Vendor Relations and strategic vendor partnerships with factories and raw material sourcing
• Manage Costing Negotiations to achieve IMU objectives
• Integrate with Quality Assurance functions for continuous improvement

Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or related work experience
• 5+ years in roles of increasing responsibility in production management
• 2+ years managing and leading a high performing work team
• Proven negotiation skills
• Overseas travel experience
Nice to Haves
• Experience in apparel or home soft goods within a multi-channel environment
• Effectively prioritize opportunities and develop strategies to achieve objectives
• Ability to manage diverse company initiatives
• Ability to think strategically and align with internal and external customers and suppliers
