Overview
Anthropologie seeks a digital marketing professional to support multiple facets of the Global Anthropologie Digital Marketing Program, including Display, Affiliates, and Paid Social Media. Local and global teamwork, innovation, analysis and strategic thinking are critical aspects of this position’s responsibilities.
Responsibilities
• Assist in development and execution of Anthropologie’s digital marketing message planning, including new and existing channels, that delivers against overall digital marketing strategy and goals.
• Manage day to day relationships with display, affiliate and social media partners globally.
• Keep all external partners up to date on planned promotional activity as well as seasonal marketing themes and product priorities.
• Coordinate creative asset requests; manage communication between internal creative department and external agency partners as needed to maintain creative accuracy across all media executions.
• Present regular analysis of channel performance, including app user data, affiliate recruitment and performance status, display/social customer and sales impact as well as on going competitive analysis and bench marking.
• Review affiliate applications and assist with publisher auditing to ensure messaging and distribution partners align with brand aesthetic and business priorities
• Stay on top of digital marketing trends to keep Anthropologie at the forefront; Identify and propose new opportunities appropriate for the brand.
Qualifications
• 1- 2 years of digital marketing experience for a large retailer or digital marketing agency
• Excellent communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment and with external vendors
• Experience with standard industry reporting and diagnostic tools as well as Web Analytics packages
• Strong analytic and business acumen; Ability to analyze and compile marketing performance reports
• Aware of the Anthropologie aesthetic and of trends in the marketplace
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or eCommerce related field
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
