About the Role

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the analysis of various operational and financial objectives of the company at the direction of the Vice President of Supply Chain. Functions include analyzing distribution nodes, transportation optimization, inventory management, product forecasting and supplier performance. The Supply Chain Analyst will develop comprehensive statistical models that identify performance trends while identifying key quantitative and qualitative drivers of change.
A Day in the Life
• Lead cross functional SO&P meetings, presenting sales trends, inventory levels and product forecasts, which lead to recommended replenishment orders
• Monitor forecast accuracy and develop refinement techniques
• Perform RFI/P development and supplier response analysis
• Support the development and training of user-based systems and tools
• Perform data driven analyses and transform output into actionable strategies, that outline the operational benefits and risks of each
• Support strategic initiatives to drive sales and improve supply chain efficiencies
• Participate in strategy development/execution for Supply Chain Operations
• Monitor EWC Distribution budget
• Collect and organize data from disparate systems to facilitate analyses
• Support Import Compliance by maintaining database of Customs Import Documents
• Create various ad hoc reports as requested by personnel throughout organization.
• Maintain and develop KPI tracking models and standard templates
• Automate the audit process for warehousing and transportation activity
• Identify non-value-added processes and develop improved work flows
• Perform project work and/or development activities as assigned

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access functionality including formula writing, macros and automation

• Clear and concise in communicating
• Subject matter expert for BI, financial and reporting tools

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree, majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a Business-related field
• 3-5 years of supply chain analytics experience
• APICS Credentials preferred (CLTD, CSCP, CPIM)
