Digital Pricing Ops Analyst
POSITION OBJECTIVE
This position serves as a subject matter expert on digital pricing functionality across all channels and is responsible for researching, overseeing and coordinating processes, enhancements and projects that ensure accuracy and clarity in our pricing communication.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Problem Solve and Communicate Technical Issues to Ensure Pricing Accuracy and Efficiency
• Serves as the central point of contact for day to day issue resolution associated with pricing in digital channels.
• Partner with Service Delivery to address and resolve all pricing related incidents.
• Identify technical issues and compliance concerns; develop conclusions; provide solutions with minimal supervision and lead implementation of solutions and technical enhancements
• Effectively and efficiently communicate both written and verbal technology issues to peers, partners and management
• Analyze processes and suggest improvements or automations to amend workflows leveraging technical pricing knowledge
• Partner with Service Delivery to identify methods of pricing related issue prevention.
• Perform & coordinate regular cross channel audits of pricing messages and display.
Enhancement Projects
• Participate in defining requirements, testing and validation for price-related IT projects
• Coordinates the activities of team members to ensure successful implementation of improvements or changes.
• Participate in testing before enhancements are deployed into production.
• Provides status updates on all in flight enhancements or defect resolutions.
• Create and maintain documentation of current digital pricing behavior.
Team Project Coordination
• Coordinates the activities of team members in support of completing cross team pricing operations functions and special projects.
Digital Pricing Training
• Provides regular ongoing education on defects and enhancements for team members and relevant business partners.
• Creates and delivers Merchant training to promote accurate pricing and clear message in digital channels.

• Proven technical skills and ability to troubleshoot
• Proven successful collaboration with business partners
• Proven process management skills

• Bachelors degree
• Ability to communicate and present concepts to people of all levels both written and verbally
• Ability to negotiate with Associates at all levels
• Detail oriented
• Pricing system experience
