MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
“We are actively looking for our future Ultra Luxury Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for planning, forecasting and analyzing the fragrance business in order to help to accelerate the growth of the overall business of Bottega Veneta, Alexander McQueen, Miu Miu and Balenciaga while managing the day-to-day business needs”
• Support Director Marketing on planning the Marketing strategy of Ultra Luxury cluster in Specialty channel and to keep track , control and provide all information and elements; such as Market Data, Global initiatives developed, marketing calendar, tools to be used in store, lab samples, comp bottles, requested by Sales Teams to ensure flawless executions of Marketing Programs with strict attention to detail.
• Work with Marketing Retail Operations & Sales Teams on operational issues including forecasting, allocations for all non-saleable items (mainly sampling), special events and merchandising.
• Strategically plan the coming years of Miu Miu at Sephora with a digital first business model.
• Ensure digital alignment with Media, Beamly, dotcom and Influencer PR teams to optimize our resources and leverage from each area expertise. Key for UL and Miu Miu brand.
• Lead and coordinate Selling Ceremony and Ambassador programs for Ultra Luxury cluster.
• Lead specific media project i.e. digital campaigns for major pillars.
• Analyze and gather all information of key launches and competitors.
• Support and maneuver through various systems (WebFocus, SAP, NPD) and administrative files for BV, AMQ, Miu Miu and Balenciaga.
THE COTY IDEAL FIT
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Understanding of US Market, focused on Department & Specialty retail business
• Strong analytical process/thinking and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast pace working environment while maintaining a great attention to detail
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• 6 year undergraduate Degree, or equivalent, MBA Preferred
• 6+ years professional experience in a marketing environment. Luxury Brands will be a plus
