Title Print Project Coordinator
Reports to Senior Creative Director
Overview
The Print Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and execution of print projects, scheduling and project allocation, ensuring consistency through refined scheduling and communication. This individual will ensure deadlines are met and internal processes are seamless and efficient. The coordinator will support the print teams from brief through production, ensuring creative and content are aligned.
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain project timelines throughout the project lifecycle
• Assign milestones to the appropriate creative partners and manage workload of copy writers and editors based on bandwidth and skillset
• Maintain weekly Art Department project list and update deadlines/milestones in a timely manner
• Meet with Art Department and Production Manager regularly to ensure project expectations and goals are clear and delivered on time
• Build and maintain annual Art Department project prioritization list
• Implement the use of project briefs to collect project information and ensure all project details are received and communicated
• Facilitate changes to projects as requested and ensure key partners are informed in a timely manner
• Act as a project liaison between the Art and Copy Departments and key partners –Visual, Operations, Marketing, PR, Executives, Merchandising, Web, Development, Photography, etc.
• Schedule meetings for Art Department projects and prepare and distribute meeting agendas and recaps
• Support Print Production Manager through vendor communication and communicating budgets for individual projects as needed
• Partner with the Sr. Manager of Creative Operations and creative operations managers on
omni-channel and high priority projects
Qualifications
• Exceptional understanding of the Anthropologie brand
• Calendar and deliverable focused
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Understanding of print production timing
• Experience working with creative partners
• Arbitrator with excellent negotiation skills
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills
Education Bachelors Degree in Fashion, Business or related field.
