Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to join our Display marketing team at Fanatics Inc. The ideal candidate will be someone with a scrappy, get-it-done attitude who is passionate about analyzing data to solve business problems. They will own campaign management from end-to-end, influencing business decision making, improving the customer experience, and increasing conversion. The candidate needs a proven track record of distilling down complex data into actionable insights. They should like working in a fast paced environment with can-do attitude and enjoy watching and keeping up with pro and collegiate sports.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize analytical skills to effectively gather, analyze, summarize and present data to upper management.
• Analyze existing accounts and make suggestions for optimizing campaign performance.
• Strategize, create and oversee marketing campaigns through platforms like AdRoll.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams (e.g. technology, CRM) to understand business objectives and design and implement campaigns that optimize user experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing and campaign management from idea inception through execution and analysis, with focus on digital KPI performance and optimization.
• Have good understanding of vendor platforms to help facilitate discussions with product development team.
• Work closely with agencies and other vendor partners to evaluate emerging technologies/trends and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of relevant working experience in digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
• In depth, technical understanding of paid media best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel), Google Adwords, Google Analytics.
• Experience web analytics technology such as Omniture/Adobe Marketing Cloud a plus.
• Must be willing to dedicate time outside of normal business hours to support advertising for major sporting events (i.e. College National Championships, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, etc.)
