Key Responsibilities:
Description
Personnel paperwork processing - Assists managers with personnel transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations for Retail/Outlet Stores in the U.S. and Canada. Ensures that all personnel paperwork is received and processed properly. Conducts follow-up calls and/or emails with Store Managers to request any missing paperwork.
HR Support - Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs and supports Retail management in recruiting efforts when needed.
Payroll Support - Conducts follow-up with managers on "Active without Pay Associates."
Reporting - Runs monthly, annual, and ad-hoc personnel reports.
Recruiting Support - Initiates the background check process in for retail key holder level associates for Retail/Outlet locations and and corporate positions.
Recruiting Support - Act as back-up to coordinate travel arrangements and sets up interview schedules for candidates, when needed.
Events Support - Coordinates employee events and sponsorships as needed.
Acts as a liaison between Retail/Outlet Stores and Payroll.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Years of Related Professional Experience:
7+
Educational/Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Human resources support experience.
Skills:
• Strong PC skills (spreadsheets and word processing). PeopleSoft experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be detail oriented with strong follow up skills.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
