The Sr. Manager of Wholesale Marketing is at the forefront of analyzing and executing Crocs’ wholesale marketing efforts within our wholesale accounts. This role will be dually responsible for the strategic conceptualization and execution of wholesale marketing programs at the store level throughout North America.
This position will be responsible for managing all NA Wholesale Field Marketing, Visual Merchandising & Digital activities to ensure the brand’s success within the region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Partner with the Sr. Director on the strategic conceptualization and execution of wholesale marketing programs throughout North America
• Seasonal planning for marketing in collaboration with accounts, sales, creative and product teams
• Responsible for Seasonal WS Sell In including biannual Sales Meeting and Tradeshows
• Oversee the creation and optimization of digital, online marketing and social media activations for etail accounts
• Collaborate with the sales force to ensure mutual goals are met and exceeded
• Align with regional and global merchandising on key product stories
• Collaborate with the Niwot based Global marketing team to ensure mutual goals are met and exceeded
• Work with partners across different functions to ensure we deliver a consistent and integrated branded experience and message across all platforms and mediums
• Seek out and evaluate activation opportunities with digital tools and platforms to optimize digital marketing initiatives and analyze ROI and other key metrics on marketing activation
• Evaluate and communicate ongoing trends, missed opportunities, and high priority items
• Accountable for annual planning, implementation and reporting on co-op investments
• Budget and T&E management for the entire team
• Influence others to share enthusiasm for both the company and the product line.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree.Preferably a concentration in Marketing.
• 6 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development in a related industry
• Strong business acumen in the wholesale and/ or footwear industry.
• Experience in Digital and Social marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization.
• Ability to persuade, influence and build consensus among key
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key business partners and customers positively impacting business growth
• Proven ability to be effective with customer and account presentations and negotiate
• Ability to analyze data and make sound decision
• Strong work ethic and high level of enthusiasm for the dynamic environment
• Proven track record of effectively driving large scale marketing initiatives from a business and cultural standpoint
• Ability to understand, analyze and assimilate complex issues, draw correct conclusions and formulate clear strategy and policies
• Ability to travel 40%
