The Expeditor is responsible for supporting the selling process. This associate should have proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. This associate should also be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Greet customers with a smile and approach them courteously, conversationally and immediately
• Provide exceptional customer service to help drive sales and profitability
• Promptly respond to customer questions, inquiries and needs
• Consistently fill in/replenish the selling floor to ensure all merchandise is displayed
• Ensure store presentation standards are maintained through consistent recovery efforts (i.e. consistent presence on the floor when needed)
• Assist sales associates in the sales transaction process (i.e. process returns or exchanges on behalf of sales associates when requested)
• Provide clients with assistance when sales associates are occupied (i.e. finding the merchandise for the customer and processing the transaction under the DGM number)
• Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using the POS register system
• Process mail in returns
• Keep POS register area clean, well-organized and supplied with the necessary materials and tools to efficiently service customers at the close of the transaction (i.e. ensure availability of tape dispensers, staplers, pens and fill in refrigerator)
• Check voicemail recordings and take clear notes on messages for sales associates
• Process RFAs for repair
• Prepare all merchandise for bi-annual inventory. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed correctly
• Participate in reconciliation process after inventory

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Prior retail sales experience in a high-end or specialty retail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
