Overview
Support VP Global Marketing & PR in definition of global brand marketing and PR objectives for Tory Burch and Tory Sport. Lead international marketing and PR to oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns across 20+ markets (Europe/Asia/Latin America).
Responsibilities
Key areas of management:
• Function as key strategic leader for international Marketing and PR teams
• Provide strategic and tactical advice to regional in-house teams/distribution partners
• Oversee global alignment of Marketing and PR plans and calendars
• Guide Marketing and PR funds and budget allocations for Europe/Asia/Latin America
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to integrate international for global programs (including social media, digital marketing, CRM, events, e-commerce, VIP, merchandising)
• Spearhead PR content development (imagery, press releases, storytelling/feature/pitch packages, samples, press message calendar)
• Manage international press engagement and execution of features involving Tory, in NY and during international trips (all press meetings, interviews, photo shoots, videos)
• NYFW management for international press (200+ editors) and international retail/wholesale (40+ accounts)
• Build and maintain relationships with NY-based international press correspondents/editors and marketing agencies
• Oversee delivery of brand marketing creative for international teams
• Oversee localized marketing content creation
• Collaborate with CRM/Customer Intelligence to support international execution of key actionable customer acquisition and retention opportunities
• Supervise and mentor team
Qualifications
• 10-15 years’ experience in brand marketing and public relations, with an emphasis on global/international management
• Experience in Fashion or Luxury, or similar lifestyle consumer industry
• Fluent in English with foreign languages a plus
• Knowledge of international markets and media, especially Asia
• Relationships with local agencies and media, influential community preferred
• Passion and enthusiasm for the brand
