OBJECTIVES:
Lead Global Creative Operations’ COE (Center of Excellence) agency management pillar. Over the next 12 months, work with brand Creative and Indirect Procurement to implement a new creative agency model, including outsourcing of transactional work and transition to new agency partners. Long term, partner with cross-functional teams to support and drive efficiency and effectiveness in the ELC agency ecosystem. Oversee agency curation and performance/compliance workstreams.
NEAR TERM ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Partner with brand Creative and Indirect Procurement to implement outsourced transactional agency model
• Transition transactional work (mechanicals, Tier B photography and videography) from incumbent agencies and internal teams to new agency partners
• Ensure processes, roles & responsibilities, and handoffs are clearly defined and seamless between internal organizations and agency partners
LONG TERM ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Support VP to develop partnerships and build trust with creative leadership and creative teams
• Maintain view of brand agency requirements and act as liaison between IP and creatives
• Develop understanding of agency needs for upcoming launches/seasons, through partnerships with brand Creative and Creative Ops
• Ensure compliance to agency management standards through partnership with Indirect Procurement and brand leadership teams
• Surface issues with brand compliance to agency model to VP and brand leaders
• Partner with Indirect Procurement and brand Creative organizations to develop regular forums for cross-brand agency management learnings and best-practice sharing
• Develop relationships with regional indirect procurement / Regional Design & Development Center leads to understand agency management needs
• Manage career development of direct reports (1-2)
Qualifications
• Position requires 10+ years of experience working either within creative agencies or internal creative departments
• Background ideally also includes experience working within creative operations either for a large agency or a brand, with preference towards serving multi-brand companies (either from inside or from agency perspective)
• Must have a strong understanding of current trends in global creative and media landscape – e.g., digital media and all emerging platforms
• Must have experience with prestige beauty and/or luxury goods
• Must have experience handling multiple stakeholders and functions across a large organization
• Must have experience managing and developing a team
• Must have strong collaboration, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
• Must be flexible to handle ever changing priorities
• Must have demonstrated ability to lead and work in a fast-paced environment
