FUNCTION
Determine how to maximize full price business through store/geographical segmentation
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

• Review historical sales by category and store
• Identify opportunities to drive groth gthrough licesing and prodfuct innovation
• Create assortment plan by store type/cluster
• Identify tradeoff potential of products that need to exit the assortment to segment product
• Develop proposed plan and deliver to merchant team
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Minimum Junior status pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Minimum Junior status pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, strongly preferred
• Understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools
• Strong analytical skills with decision making and problem solving ability
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong background in Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel
