Reporting to the VP of International Sales, the International Sales Analystis responsible for leveraging EXPERT EXCEL and AS/400 skills to produce actionable quantitative international retail partner sales reporting by region, by door, by category, by style that empowers the International Sales team to understand, identify, optimize and deliver powerul sales and business results. Understands international currency conversion. Expert report creation capability. Individual Contributor.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual retail sales reports from international partners by door
• Prepare and analyze divisional style selling reports by region
• Create monthly and seasonal best seller reports by division
• Assist sales team with annual budgets by product category and partner
• Create financial schedules for legal agreements
• Create quarterly partner updates to track retail sales, purchases and seasonal sell-through
• Track seasonal and annual purchases by product category and partner, compare findings to contractual obligations
• Track doors by partner and region; assist with new door approval
• Partner with finance team for quarterly Analyst Call reporting
• Assist in market, as needed
Qualifications
ONLY CANDIDATES WITH INTERNATIONAL-SPECIFIC RETAIL PARTNER SALES EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED AT THIS TIME
• Five (5) years of experience in International Wholesale Sales Analysis spanning ALL women's fashion apparel, non-apparel, accessories product categories, required
• Expert EXCEL technical skill proficiency including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Reporting, required
• AS/400 IMB iSeries, required
• Expert understanding of International Currency Exchange related specifically to the analysis of international retail partner sales
• Proven ability to CREATE actionable reports to recap and analyze selling, retail productivity, classification/category performance, required
• Ability to move from report creation into analysis, an asset
