JOB PURPOSE
Support operational maintenance and repair control of all facilities after new openings; Facilitate timely corporate and store communication on all operational matters. Incorporate Burberry Sustainability (energy reduction, data collection) with day to day facilities related tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Objectives
• In partnership with third party vendors, monitor all inbound tasks from retail, ensuring the tasks are properly assigned and maintain a communication flow.
• Ensuring all locations are properly setup and existing accounts are accurately maintained with up-to-date information. This includes the maintenance of the Store Profiling system for SAP.
• Support the Facilities Manager/Director with management of quarterly cleanings, including Hardwood & Tile floor cleaning, preservation and replacements.
• Work with construction team and stores coordinating CAPEX work
• Review all store lighting & HVAC controls, ensuring all schedules submitted to monitoring station are properly maintained and executed.
• Works with stores and vendor to ensure HVAC service and preventative maintenance contracts are being adhered to. Ensures all stores are aware of the scheduled visits and obtains stores verification for completed work.
• In partnership with wholesale account executives and identifies R&M needs in wholesale locations and prepares costs estimates for review and approval.
New store or renovation
• Ensure all utilities are set up/terminated, new vendors are added to SAP
• Provides residual support for stores, Facilities Manager/Director in the days immediately following the opening.
• Support the Facilities Manager/Director review architectural and millwork punch list to ensure all opens items are addressed and closed out.
• Work with Commercial Procurement Manager to establish framework PO's where necessary.
• Support the Workplace Services Manager/Director by monitoring "one year warranty" related issues after opening and work with existing GC and Burberry Construction to ensure items are executed prior to the stores first year anniversary.

• 2-3 years working in a retail facilities environment
• Results Oriented
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Strong relationship-building and
• Strong follow-up skills
• Highly effective communicator
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and maintain confidentiality
• Previous facilities and/or construction experience required
• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Proficient with MS office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous vendor management
• Knowledge of procurement and forecasting
