EyeCare - Marketing Manager (Ops)

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Marketing Manager Operations owns the cross-channel implementation and execution process of OD marketing programs and communications aimed at informing, supporting, and engaging our Doctor community. The role leads the planning, implementation and measurement of strategic marketing programs aimed at supporting Luxottica’s optometrists in the growth of their practices. This position is responsible for continuous program optimizations and enhancements to drive ongoing program efficiency, effectiveness and success for doctors who affiliate with Luxottica.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Shape the strategy, implementation and sustainment of marketing programs that reinforce the Luxottica Eye Care brand of doctors
• Standardize and drive efficiencies amongst the marketing programs to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization and greater engagement
• Support Doctor campaign deployment including tactical implementation, troubleshooting, and post-engagement analytics
• Analyze program results and develop dashboards to provide feedback and strategic recommendations reporting to multiple stakeholders
• Support the deployment of content specifically for the Eye Care website
• Analyze the effectiveness of content, usage, and behavior on Eye Care’s internal and external sites
• Provide doctor marketing program support and troubleshooting for both internal and external users (including our Doctors) on critical marketing programs like OD Marketing Toolkit and the Doctors ratings and reviews program
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 5+ years of progressive career experience and hands-on execution in marketing automation/operations /analytics
• Experience with Campaign Management and database solutions
• High attention to detail, well organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience identifying and outlining key campaign metrics and building campaign preforms/measurement plans-reports/marketing analytics. Must understand tagging and coding requirements for tracking against a cross-channel environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional writing, verbal, and presentation skills and ability to capture and convey a brand identity to diverse audiences, across a range of communications platforms
• Proven ability to plan, develop and deliver content via integrated channels and programs, including constant contact, graphic design, video, events, etc.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript with working knowledge of digital graphic tools such as Adobe CS
