What Will You Be Doing?
The Business Analyst role acts as a liaison between technology and the business units providing operational support by tracking, validating and maintaining financial, third party and/or operational data. In this position you’ll verify data and documentation compliance and assists business unit (s) in enhancing systems, processes, programs, data and reporting.
A few of the key responsibilities of this role include the following:
Contributes to the day to day operational outcomes for assigned area
• Supports capturing of business requirements for assigned work
• Assists in the facilitation of requirements meetings for assigned work
• Assists in coordinating the scope and change control process
• Assists in the development of acceptance test requirements for assigned work
• Assists with the initial determination of the feasibility of assigned work, ensures basic data has been collected to refine requirements
• Performs necessary follow up, as directed by Manager, to ensure all changes are documented
• Assists in post-project audits to ensure the process is improved for the next project
• May support immediate team with conducting initial system/process roll-out, including training
