SET THE COURSE
The Corporate Production Coordinator is responsible for all Home, Women’s and Men’s 3rd Party style set up and maintenance, costing, and UPC generation. Issuing Seasonal and monthly replenishment production orders to 3rd party vendors. Working with vendors to ensure accurate delivery information and communicating all pertinent information on buys and delivery’s to Buyers and Allocations.
BE THE ISLAND GUIDE
• Issues and maintains all purchase orders for Home, Women’s and Men’s Accessories production.
• Responsible for timely set up and maintenance of seasonal style master, UPC's and cost sheets for Home, Women’s and Men’s Accessories in Blue Cherry.
• Ensure timely, maintenance and freezing of cost sheets in Blue Cherry.
• Issue UPC information to suppliers.
• Reviews and adjusts details to maintain consistency of information.
• Communicate all pertinent information to Buyers, Allocations and Distribution Center.
• Communicate production issues or delivery delays to the appropriate cross functional team members, customer service, allocations and imports.
• Work with Traffic department to ensure timely delivery of docs and shipments.
• Provide Distribution Center any information that would assist them in processing PO’s.
• Communicate to Allocations Team and DTG Buyers any quality issues that we have accepted for production that may impact customer orders.
• Work with appropriate parties to research and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage daily purchase order updates for style and color.
• Coordinate, communicate and ensure accuracy of product information from design concept, production placement, to distribution to customer.
• Communicates daily with Vendors.
• Ensure that problems/issues are researched, resolved and communicated in a timely manner.
• Actively look for opportunities to improve and streamline processes to reduce costs & maximize profit.
• Responsible for requesting and tracking MSDS sheets for all home and accessories product.
• Works with home and accessory vendors to procure photos of all styles.
• Resizes and renames all home and accessory photos to correct conventions, and moves files to correct folder for uploading into Blue Cherry. Researching and resolving any issues to ensure all files are uploaded correctly.
• Other duties as required and that may occasionally be necessary to support the business.
ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of merchandising/production experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient analytical skills
• Good math skills
• Strong computer skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
