Offline TV, Growth Marketing Associate
About the Team
The Growth team at Stitch Fix is responsible for driving new client acquisition. At its core, Stitch Fix is a personalization service based in data science, and our team leverages data and analytics to bring that same level of personalization to our marketing programs and drive efficient acquisition channels. Partnering closely with the broader marketing team on conversion and retention, as well as the data science and creative teams, we deploy a significant budget against a wide array of marketing channels, while experimenting across new channels and within existing ones.
About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Associate focused on TV, you will own day-to-day program operations, and have a direct impact on the overall channel strategy. You will also work closely with our internal Analytics team on measurement and attribution. You’ll be in charge of every day relationships and executions, and will tackle both traditional TV media as well as new experimental tactics. You’ll balance an at-scale approach to our mature businesses, while supporting the startup phase of new business launches and expansion. Our TV program is young, as is the Growth Marketing team, and as an Associate on the Offline team you will drive immediate and real impact to the present state and future of our TV channel and the overall Offline Growth program. This role will be tightly integrated with our content, creative, and analytics functions, and is expected to be in sync with learnings from the other Growth Marketing channels.

• Partner closely with the in-house brand and creative teams to develop, test, and continuously optimize the seasonal creative strategy for TV.
We’re excited about you because…
• You bring expertise, and have worked hands on, with planning, execution, and analytics of TV and/or OTT media.
• You have a BS/BA degree, excellent analytical skills, 2-4 years of experience in TV performance marketing, with 2+ years dedicated to TV specifically.
• You have a clear understanding of current best practices and methods used for measuring results in TV, and other Offline channels.
• You also have an excellent grasp of best practices for TV creative both in an acquisition focused environment and a brand climate.
• Have a strong pulse on the TV media space and have experience working with and managing the relationship of an outside partner or agency.
• You’re both a builder, optimizer and an executor; demonstrating a unique ability to craft media campaigns from scratch, while always seeking to optimize and improve.
• You are excited to help support other Offline channels like Direct Mail, Audio, and OOH.
• You understand the nuances and complexities of data, but act as a simplifier, realizing that data and insights are only powerful if they drive action.
• People describe you as organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
