About the Job
Support the development and execution of the brand retail marketing strategy and retail channel capabilities in order to enhance consumer experience and connection to brand as a part of omnichannel retail.
About Your Responsibilities
Omnichannel
•Collaborate on the strategic deployment and optimization of the Estee Lauder Omnichannel Retail Experience

•Responsible for measuring, analyzing and communicating the value and benefits of Omnichannel Retail Experience to all stakeholders
Retail marketing strategy, innovation and in-store activation
•Contribute to a Retail Marketing strategy that engages customers in store; connects online and offline experiences and drives sales
•Responsible for the project management of the development and deployment of O2O/retail marketing programs including program ideation, development of assets/guidelines, etc. and measuring of KPI’s
•Provide support to regions in development of locally tailored Retail Marketing calendars
•Advocate for channel-specific needs and ensure marketing programs serve to attract, engage and retain employees and consumers
•Ensure timely delivery of information and assets to the field in a clear and organized manner
•Collaborate with Consumer Marketing teams to execute and maintain engaging omnichannel experiences for consumers
•Responsible for the project management of Estee Lauder retail innovation initiatives including project deliverables, budget management, etc. Present marketing program effectiveness analysis and learnings to Retail Marketing leadership
•Manage regular reporting and analysis in line with business and strategy needs
Champion, drive, and build emerging marketing trends and technology capabilities to meet customers where they are
•Nurture an environment that rewards the exploration and implementation of new marketing technologies across digital, mobile, and omnichannel platforms to enhance the customer experience and drive brand engagement in new and innovative ways
•Remain relentlessly up-to-date on emerging and future trends across all relevant industries to identify and grow business opportunities
•Manage implementation of creative technology solutions for the brand that increase efficiency, reduce spend and increase marketing reach
Leverage key insights gleaned from a refined analytics practice to inform decisions
•Manage analytics usage throughout the function accomplish strategic goals
•Leverage data to inform decision-making for strategy development and adjustments as necessary
•Support team in tracking platform engagement and effectiveness through appropriate analytical tools
