Purpose: As a new function within the Global Reebok Digital Brand Commerce team, this role will help craft the future of digital market support between the Global team and Reebok’s priority markets, including the Western Europe region. The objective of this role is to serve as a bi-directional facilitator between the market’s needs and Reebok’s global digital strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as single point of contact between market and Global Reebok Digital Brand Commerce, acting as bi-directional conduit between teams
Support global digital concepts and capabilities so that they are successfully executed in market, including leveraging work done within the US
Help global teams (ie CRM, Consumer Experience, Platform) understand market’s digital needs and ensure they are always being considered
Help markets to develop digital business plans and share global digital best practice.
Short term: work with senior management within the Global Reebok Digital Brand Commerce team, the markets and other teams within Reebok to define the who/what/when/how of digital market support from the Global team to priority markets.
Facilitate proper implementation of digital strategies in key markets/. Use regular analysis and business relevant information to provide direction for digital plans (both global and market level)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong project management skills
Proven track record in launching digital initiatives
Cross functional eCommerce experience, across merchandising, marketing and sales preferred
Ability to think strategically and deliver practical solutions
Skill in collaboration and influencing in a Global matrix organization
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to work within a fluid environment
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required in relevant area
eCommerce experience required
6 - 8 years relevant experience in strategy consulting, marketing, product and / or sales
2 years working with key markets or 1 year working in a top tier market
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time
