Sr Human Resources Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Human Resources Coordinator provides a high level of client service and support to assigned associate populations. Works collaboratively with Human Resources Director in supporting divisional goals and business objectives across all groups. Acts as a main point of contact for the Field Merchandising Division consulting in areas of recruitment, administration, benefits, employee relations, career development, and performance management. Responsible for all Workday related administrative changes across all client groups.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate and interpret HR policies and procedures to managers and associates.
• Handle employee relations issues for the assigned client groups with oversight from HR Director.
• Coordinate temp/freelance recruitment needs for assigned associate populations.
• Manage and process all HRIS related changes for Annual Benefits Open Enrollment.
• As assigned - Conduct new hire orientation, benefits orientation and exit interviews for
• Conduct exit interviews for remote departing employees within assigned client groups.
• With oversight from HR Director, assist field management team with the preparation of performance documentation including performance evaluations, learning plans and disciplinary notifications.
• Process all HRIS related changes in a timely manner; maintain integrity of employee information within HRIS systems.
• Manage all Disability/LOA/FMLA cases within assigned population in conjunction with third party insurance carrier.
• Responsible for updating and maintenance of Org Charts on a monthly basis.
• Assist with annual performance evaluation process
• Partner with business leaders to determine recruitment plan for open positions, prepare job descriptions, position requisitions, and advise on compensation levels.
• Collaborate on recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for hire for Field Merchandising Division and at times entry level corporate roles.
• Provide employment verification letters for current and terminated associates.
• Assist with special projects as needed, including but not limited to PVH Cares, Take Your Children to Work Day, 401K day and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Understanding of fast paced environment
• BA/BS degree required, Master’s degree a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal business partners
• Adept written and verbal communicator with ability to listen, understand and account for different perspectives, and respond appropriately
• Advance proficiency with Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to think quickly, produce deliverables in a timely manner, respond to changing demands, anticipate future problems, and recommend preventive courses of action
• Positive and team-oriented attitude with proactive approach, strong work ethic, and effective stress management
• Knowledge of EEO/AA laws, FMLA regulations, employment law guidelines & policies.
• Knowledge or Lawson HRIS and ICIMS recruiting software database.
