Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Project Coordinator
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing New Functionality and System Improvement projects from conception to implementation. They work closely with other departments to implement their requests, and utilize the Help Desk Support staff to assist in these efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Project Coordinator manages Store System Projects. Provides recommendations on the best approach to accomplish the desired store systems requirements. Ensures all projects are completed and on schedule. Transfers knowledge to customer and Help Desk. Coordinates final acceptance Sign Off by Customer. Coordinates weekly project updates to the customer and the Project Services Supervisor. Manages resources and relationships as they apply to the specific project. Create training and support documentation. Other functions include, but are not limited to Relate Support, Promotion Support and CRM Support.
Assist Help Desk Support with Level 2 issues when necessary.
EDUCATION: High School
