Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage major accounts with respect to sales and administrative related tasks
• Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets
• Analyze weekly selling reports to recognize opportunities for growth
• Establish strong relationships with buyers across major retailers by maintaining a highly developed understanding of the retailer’s customer base
• Utilize confident communication and presentation skills including strong negotiation & persuasion skills
• Identify and communicate opportunities to increase profitability
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly design & production, in order to communicate account needs
• Assist in market prep
• Work with customer service to ensure all orders are entered accurately and shipped timely
• Responsible for managing inventory levels and maintaining available to sell reports
Requirements/Qualifications:
• The ideal AE must be detail oriented with strong communication skills and able to manage and prioritize projects
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Energetic and eager to learn
• Experience in a fast-paced retail/sales environment
• Must be able to multi task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
