Manager of Experiential Marketing and Content Strategy
Overview
The FP Brand Marketing Team is looking for a detail oriented creative thinker with experience in events and experiential marketing, and a passion for the fashion, fitness and wellness space.
Description
Events + Experiential Marketing
• Manages plans from idea generation through to execution across FP experiential:
-FP brand marketing initiatives and quarterly marketing campaigns linking to experiential
-Two pop-up locations in NYC and Santa Monica
-Manages programming and production for FP pop-ups
• Owns relationship with key stakeholders in partnerships linked to event programming (ie pop-up store teams, participating instructors and teachers)
• Manage internal relationship with display team to ensure events are on brand and managed effectively to budget
• Tracks and analyzes data of experiential to ensure all experiential strategy meets overall business objectives, provides an engaging customer experience, and delivers results. Also communicates results to help Associate Director strategize on future plans to improve experience and sales.
• Owns event management. Formulate, implement, and manage the events process from concept, development and promotion to execution, recap and analysis. Ensure recaps capture business drivers and are applied to future experiential.
Content & Campaign Strategy
• Owns the monthly event calendar. Work on a plan with stores, social, digital, and PR and other necessary teams to create a monthly event calendar and routine to drive foot traffic to retail. Initial goal with this direction will be to grow FP Movement, Wellness and Beauty.
• Manage and maintain the overall budget, partnering with Associate Director of Content Strategy + Experiential to ensure team is performing to plan.
• Manage analytics for brand marketing and collaborate closely with Associate Director of Content Strategy to leverage analytics as a tool to drive brand strategy for future quarters.
Qualifications
• A passion and vision for brand storytelling and bringing community together through the voice of the FP brand.
• Right and left-brain oriented, with business knowledge as well as a sensitivity to visual aesthetics that align with the brand.
• A proven track record managing events that tie into the greater business strategy.
• Hands on experience in event production.
• Experience working in the wellness/fitness/beauty industry is a plus
• Photoshop knowledge is a plus
