Description
Overview
Sales Services Coordinator supports the administrative sales activities/needs of our external customers/territories(Big Lots, Military, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Diversified Markets business) while providing extensive expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Lotus Notes.This work includes, but is not limited to preparing customer presentations, submitting no charge orders, managing comp requests and shipping samples, providing Blue image requests, and tracking shipments to customers.
Major Duties
• Provide appropriate administrative support for both account and team requirements. Accurately processes account & internal forms.
• Consolidate data for all businesses involving Marketing, Sales, Finance, & new product information
• Enter Data into Broker system including Prepack updates, item amendments, actual shipments, BIL updates
• Daily Sales Reporting – Refresh daily report and upload to broker site
• Assist in tracking shipments and addressing routing needs between Revlon and customers
• Create Item Trackers
• Prepare for events/trade shows including samples, documents, and gift bag assembly
• Return and Authorization and Markdown entry
• Assist in maintaining MDF information in CITRIX database
• Prepare monthly and biweekly internal inventory and pricing reporting
• Assist Marketing with planogram execution and promotional displays
Knowledge & Skills Required
• Strong PC skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills required
• Must be able to take initiative in working in a flexible, fast-paced team environment
• Ability to multi-task in a high activity environment, strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well without supervision.
• Must be flexible, able to handle multiple and changing priorities.
• High energy and motivation are needed.
• Exposure and experience with SAP a plus
