Director Global Sourcing Strategy and Executive Recruiting - PVH Corp.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading talent sourcing at PVH by identifying key roles and skills needed within the organization, implementing processes and technology solutions to engage passive talent capable of filling those roles, and proactively developing pipelines of talent. This role will also conduct executive searches as a full-lifecycle recruiter (including Board seats), and will identify talent for C-level succession planning, proactively engage potential enterprise leaders, and develop relationships with industry influencers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops candidate networks/pipelines to deliver talent needed to achieve business plans and execute PVH strategy
• Directly sources and recruits for select executive searches as needed
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition teams and HR Leadership team to develop talent forecasts
• Collaborates with HRIS to configure technology solutions to support strategic hiring
• Leads diversity, military, and differently-abled external recruiting efforts to achieve and surpass inclusion and diversity goals
• Works with VP Employer Branding and Associate Engagement to develop engaging job descriptions and profile templates
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10+ years as a recruiter or sourcer
• Understanding of fast paced environment
• BA/BS degree required
• Ensure the highest standard of confidentiality and professionalism
• Advanced in Microsoft Office, Excel and recruiting systems (Workday experience a plus)
• Advanced in navigating through LinkedIn and data mining
• Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing and collaboration
• Ability to multi-task, have superior judgment, professionalism, poise
• Great initiative with the ability to be a collaborative and team player
• Positive, professional attitude and presence, ability to exhibit exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-up skills
