• Manage day-to-day efforts to ensure smooth & efficient website updates including production updates, trafficking assets, code changes, and collaborating on new rollouts
• Collaborate with Site Merchants on all webset preparation and all site updates
• Help with the testing and launch of desktop, mobile & Destination Kors websites for US & Canada
• Work with IT/Development teams for build projects, requirements gathering and ongoing maintenance of all global e-commerce websites
• Work with Online Marketing and Customer Service teams to manage promotional strategies and setting up new promotions
• Work with business teams to enable multi-variate testing on all sites Liaise with Creative Services team to manage requirements and delivery of all website assets
• Set up, QA and publish all site content Facilitate QA process across cross functional teams for each webset launch
• Process definement and optimization for all online content management & publishing
• Assist with requirements definition, specifications, design, development and timelines for key initiatives
• Assume expert role in e-commerce business tools and train business users as needed in US/CA
• Manage key tools and processes such as content management, site search, & image hosting Primary business partner to
• Merchandising team to ensure timely product launches in US/CA Primary business partner to Photography Operations team to ensure timely delivery and launch of product photography online
• Provide functional testing support as well as ongoing usability testing efforts Assist with the project management of key initiatives as needed Store Locator maintenance
Skills & Expertise
• Moderate to highly experienced HTML development knowledge
• Moderate to highly experienced javascript development knowledge
• Working knowledge of CSS & tag libraries protocol
• Highly organized & Detailed Oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Highly motivated and Self-starter approach to job
• Experience in an Oracle (ATG/Endeca) web commerce environment highly desired
• Experience with Wordpress, Magento, Scene 7 highly desired
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
