We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Corporate. The HRBP will be responsible for partnering with corporate business partners to ensure a positive company culture through consistency in enforcing Company policies, good employee relations, and through the following duties of this position.

Responsibilities
• Advises Department Managers, Supervisors, and Associates on all Company policies, procedures and practices
• Prepares paperwork, plans and conducts corporate new hire and benefit orientations
• Serves as point person with Milwaukee HROC for any benefit updates/concerns for business unit
• Responsible for coordination of the annual open enrollment process for the division
• Promotes positive Associate relations, including responding to all concerns and conducting investigations in a timely and confidential manner
• Conducts Associate separations and prepares notices and related documentation
• Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations
• Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are in compliance with all legal requirements and support the goals and objectives of the Company
• Aids in retention efforts to determine ways to improve the current work environment
• Oversees coordination and participation in site-specific activities including: assisting with the annual United Way campaign, overseeing the REACH Team, and other Company initiatives as requested
• Responsible for the administration of the Company’s wellness programs
• Oversees the administration of the HR Portal (myfootlocker411.com) content and auditing policies/procedures for accurate information
• Responds to and processes Leave of Absence requests, ensuring LOAs are properly documented, eligibility requirements are met, return-to-work dates are coordinated, approvals are communicated, and disability benefits are initiated
• Coordinates work restrictions and requests for accommodations
• Orders plants and flowers in accordance with the Company’s leave of absence and sympathy leave guidelines
• Act as Emergency Action Plan Facilitator at the Corporate office location
• Assists in overseeing the site security systems, including adding, changing and deleting badge access as required
• Conducts and assists with training programs, including site training and Supervisory training as applicable
• Responsible for overseeing the annual corporate performance appraisal process, including sending out communication, fielding questions, auditing, and reporting
• Participates in and provides leadership for ongoing Human Resource initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
• Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
