Core Description:
Coty is seeking a passionate, dedicated, organized and entrepreneurially minded Digital Marketing Manager to join the Sally Hansen team. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping and driving Sally Hansen's digital marketing strategies and will demand a unique degree of collaboration with teams across the organization (media, influencer marketing, e-commerce/e-retail and agency partners) to deliver campaigns that not only drive key KPIs but also tell the Sally Hansen brand story in a differentiated, powerful way. This candidate will be required to bring new thinking to Sally Hansen and follow up by executing and evaluating performance of programs and content. The ideal candidate lives and breathes analytics and strategy, has a creative eye, and is always up to date on the latest platforms, tools, and trends.
Responsibilities/Key Tasks:
• Work with Global & US brand teams to develop digital/social and e-commerce campaign content needs to ensure maximum effectiveness against campaign and annual brand goals. Also work with Global & US brand teams to obtain all creative assets needed to optimize retail partners e-commerce experience.
• Being capable of, and possessing the leadership skills to partner with internal and external resources as much as possible to help us drive content expansion to drive optimization and new ways to bring our digital-first mentality to the brand.
• Execute, refine and monitor strategies for key platforms – focusing on Instagram, Facebook and e-commerce
• Demonstrates ownership of programs; embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details.
• Must possess strong analytical skills - oversee quantitative/qualitative analysis for Global/US initiatives, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy.
• Utilize search and social insight tools to rank partners/influencers in accordance to KPIs and campaign objectives; Leverage data and benchmarks to provide strategic recommendations.
• Partner closely with the e-commerce/e-retail team to drive retailers’ content strategy for key platforms, in line with the overarching Global/US strategy.
• Leverage global brand codes and guidelines for localized digital activations and social partnerships
• Manage and traffic assets and/or content changes through the necessary approval channels.
• Timely completion of post campaign reporting to key brand stakeholders.
• Assist and supervise Global markets on related digital needs (content creation, strategic direction, channel recommendations, etc.)
• Direct Reports: (1) Assistant Digital Manager/Community Manager
Application Pre-Requisites:
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing is a must
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must have a passion for and strong knowledge of digital strategy, execution, and analytics..
• Must possess strong analytical skills, highly detailed-oriented with unprompted follow-through.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication and excellent computer skills.
• Must be flexible, determined and an excellent team player.
• Must possess the ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of members of the cross-functional and affiliate teams.
• Agency experience accepted.
• Branding/beauty/fashion experience a plus.
• Must be accountable and organized with the ability to handle a multitude of projects.
