Assistant Marketing Manager, Global eCommerce – Levi.com
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager, Global eCommerce for Levi.com The Assistant Marketing Manager will help build the global content strategy for all Levi’s® Red Tab and Levi’s® Collections products on Levi.com and the Levi.com blog: Off the Cuff.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in briefing seasonal digital content to the internal creative team
◦ Partner with merchandising teams to ensure product buy-in and in-store dates
◦ Partner with SEO and email teams to input best practices and alignment for all storytelling
• Act as lead partner to all regional eCommerce teams; including Europe and Asia
◦ Manage distribution of global seasonal content briefs
◦ Manage the hand-off monthly copy decks and content matrices for adoption and localization
◦ Share eCommerce best practices, learnings and testing analytics for global leverage
• Assist in the build and management of the global content calendar
◦ Distribute to all regional markets for adoption
• Manage the pre-production and production of all levi.com content
◦ Manage sample gathering and pass off to the styling team
◦ Attend photoshoots and act as production liaison to internal creative team
◦ Build and distribute shot lists to regional teams for validation
• Input to the global brand marketing team to align on end use case for all globally produced content
• Join bi-weekly global marketing calls to act on the behalf of the global eCommerce organization
• Assist in Off the Cuff content calendar build and maintenance
◦ Partner with Levi’s® Collection teams to build seasonal storytelling cadence
◦ Partner with LSA brand marketing team to optimize seasonal programs in the digital space
• Analyze and share blog content analytics/learnings for global content leverage
Skills & Qualifications:
• General knowledge of best-in class eCommerce business and market place knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (Communication, Marketing, Business, etc.).
• 2-3 years of experience and/internship in digital marketing and/or eCommerce
• High level of skill with communicating in a globally matrixed organization
• Creative sensibility and aesthetic, supported by ability to implement complex projects
• Excellent prioritization and problem-solving abilities
• Must possess a proven ability to drive execution
• Extremely strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work in ambiguity and still drive forward
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience preparing and presenting to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to convert observations into actions
• Microsoft Excel proficiency necessary
• Retail experience preferred
