Job Description
Job Title: Sales Associate, Women’s Advanced Designer
Department: Flagship Store
Reports To: Department Manager, Women’s

Sales Associates are responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building and maintaining customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Sales and Service
• Create a great first impression with the brand- initial contact with brand
• Greet the customer within one minute of them entering the department
• Approach customers and initiate polite conversation with open ended questions
• Achieve sales per hour standards as a minimum requirement
• Meet individual sales goals by maximizing selling opportunities
• Increase sales by offering related products and wardrobe recommendations
• Increase sales by selecting products to that satisfy customer needs emphasizing key features
• Process returns in a professional manner and convert to sales opportunities
• Provide current and accurate product knowledge to customers.
• Effectively manage multiple clients at a time
• Successfully enter all client information in CPS system.
• Understand and follow all aspects of the POS System procedures
• Utilize all iPad app available to you to ensure a positive client experience
• Attend morning meetings and training sessions as scheduled
• Work as part of a team by sharing selling support duties and demonstrating flexibility with regard to weekly work schedule
Merchandising
• Partner with manager and merchandise product abiding by visual standards
• Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and priced
• Be pro active in replenishing stock
• Assistant in bi annual inventory
• Follow all Loss Prevention standards
• Ensure all fitting rooms, stock rooms, register counters and visual fixtures are clean and organized at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Detailed and intimate knowledge of the city is a must
• Computer proficiency and internet skills are required
• Prior experience in a sales role is an asset
• Experience working in a service related field is preferred, i.e. retail, hotel/hospitality, travel, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high profile traffic environment
• Foreign language skills a plus
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• 1-2 years of retail counter experience in an upscale retailer or specialty store
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills and written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Great time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer proficient
• Exceptional selling skills
• Proven and outstanding client relationship building skills
