JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
• Ability to perform all warehouse or Inventory functions as assigned
• Maintain open communication and coordinate workload requirements with appropriate personnel and other departments
• Knowledge of company policies and warehouse or inventory procedures
• Assist in management of production workflow. Must utilize warehouse systems to predict and direct workflow and execute computer commands to redirect workflow within warehouse systems. Understands how all areas are impacted by decisions to redirect workflow.
• Utilize P.C. to request, review and analyze reports and manipulate data
• Identify and communicate priority inventory needs
• Create spreadsheets, reports, files and maintain as needed
• Work with Clerical staff and warehouse areas to ensure errors are corrected in a timely manner so as not to impede work flow
• Guide clerical staff in on-going communication with RAWS and UWC regarding exception carton processing
• Validate priority unload lists created by the clerical staff
• Review daily Inventory Compare on Workload Management, Mandate, LABS; support the clerical staff ‘s review and research of discrepancies and resync inventory systems when needed
• Review Workload Management “Inventory Adjustment Errors” report corrections made by the clerical staff on a daily basis and assist Inventory Manager in validation/correction of adjustment errors
• Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly inventory adjustment reports generated by workload management to identify error trends and recommend/implement needed process changes
• Flexibility of schedule to ensure the needs of the facility are met
Required Skills:
Communications:
Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Clear expression of ideas in writing and in good grammatical form. Has the ability to actively listen and provide feedback to others.

Ability to resolve conflicts/disagreements in such a way to promote a win-win situation with the parties involved. Technical:
General understanding of the functionality of all departments within the warehouse and the order fulfillment process. Basic PC experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint and MS Mail preferred. Willing to learn warehouse systems such as Sagex, Mandate, Workload Management, TranMan, Laser Print, and Product Profile. Provides technical assistance to the work group on procedural and systems questions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 40 lbs. on an as needed basis.
