Assist and support the Global Marketing team in developing and launching new products. Understand category and competitive dynamics and support marketing efforts to promote existing and new product lines. Help to develop/coordinate processes and work methods that improve consistency and efficiency for the team. Ensure all actions are completed on schedule, within budget and with excellence.
Major Duties:
1. Update Brand Information Library
a. Coordinating the information across the brand team, compiling and publishing the document to SharePoint
b. Assists with the creation and maintenance of the Global toolkits
2. Financial Support
a. Preparing documentation for invoices/estimates, etc
b. Routing for signatures/approvals
3. RPMS/SAP Management (code system)
4. BLUE Coordination – ensuring that appropriate information/images are uploaded to Blue
5. Leading the Lab Sample & Comp Process
a. Organizing artwork, components and bulk needs to create comps for ad shoots and sell-in meetings
b. Coordinating with all markets and the chemists to fulfill lab sample requests
6. Artwork Execution
a. Lead Trademark search request process for new product development (product and shade names)
b. Route copy documents through Legal, Regulatory and Legal for approvals
c. Track the execution of artwork changes through the system to ensure changes are made and are accurate and within appropriate time line.
7. Nielsen
a. Create Nielsen pulls and learn to analyze the data
b. Maintain monthly brand performance reports for all segments
8. Taskforce
a. Become an engaged member of taskforce and assist in meeting follow ups
9. Creative Briefs
a. Help draft briefs and brief in projects to the Creative Services team for execution
10. Competitive
a. Assist in competitive analyses
11. Website
a. Help draft briefs for website updates and maintenance
Knowledge & Skills Required:
• BS/BA preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 Years Experience
• Be adept in time management, execution, follow up, and have an attention to detail.
• Must have understanding or ability to learn category objectives and new product strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Computer savvy with strong technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
